Questions I Keep Getting
Q: I'm not technical. Can I do this?
A: 54% of my clients had never used Claude Code before. The MemoryOS handles the technical setup. You talk to Claude in plain English. If you can type, you can do this.
Q: I already use ChatGPT Projects / Claude Projects. How is this different?
A: Projects give you memory in one conversation. A Second Brain gives you memory, agents, skills, and workflows across everything. The MemoryOS imports whatever you've already built.
Q: What if I don't have an audience yet?
A: Minimum threshold: 500 followers/subscribers somewhere (LinkedIn, newsletter, YouTube, etc.). You don't need a huge audience, but you need SOME people who know and trust you.
Q: How much time will this take?
A: Bootcamp = 3 full days (March 20-22, 9:30 AM - 7 PM ET each day). Sprint = 5-10 hours/week for 30 days. Total commitment: ~50 hours over 5 weeks.
Q: What if I can't make the dates?
A: March 20-22 is the only option for Cohort 1. If you can't make it, join the Cohort 2 waitlist (likely June 2026).
Q: Do I keep my Second Brain if I cancel MemoryOS later?
A: Yes. Your brain lives in files on your computer. You own it forever. Canceling MemoryOS just means you lose access to the maintenance tools, dashboard, and knowledge propagation features.
Q: What data do you see?
A: MemoryOS reads your local brain structure to give relevant guidance. Your data stays on your computer. We see usage patterns (which tools you call, how often) for product improvement. We never see your actual content, client data, or personal information.
Q: Can I bring a team member?
A: Cohort 1 is individual creators only. You can teach your team after you've mastered the system yourself.
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: 60 days, full refund, no questions asked. If you complete all bootcamp assignments and 30-day sprint tasks and don't see results, I'll refund you personally.
Q: Why only 10 people?
A: Quality over scale. I want to give each person personalized attention and ensure every category gets custom workflows. Cohort 2+ may expand to 20.
