Watch the recording, use the session guide, and choose one workflow to make durable this week.

    Quick start

    1. 1. Watch the opening first. It defines the problem this session solves.
    2. 2. Choose one section that matches the work you want to improve.
    3. 3. Write down one source of context your AI currently loses between sessions.
    4. 4. Pick one next move from the notes below. Keep the first build small.

    Watch guide

This is a navigation guide, not a published chapter list. The timing is approximate; use the recording controls to find the exact moment you need.

    Detailed notes

The session makes one argument throughout: work improves when AI has durable context, a defined task, a quality check, and a way to return with evidence.

    • A prompt is useful for one answer. Save the useful procedure as a skill when you need it to behave consistently again.
    • Keep business context near the work. That includes decisions, source material, constraints, and the examples that show what good looks like.
    • Give an agent a defined job, permitted tools, and a review standard. Do not confuse more access with better work.
    • Close the loop with an owner, a definition of done, and a later check. The purpose is a verified outcome, not another dashboard.

What this recording cannot tell you

This is a demonstration of Iwo's workflow, not a promise that every setup produces the same output or timing. Your tools, permissions, data quality, and approval process determine what a safe first workflow looks like. The original event offer ended August 10, 2026.

    Pick one small next move

Start with a workflow you already repeat. Make its context and definition of done visible before adding more tools or automation.
